A long week-end of cycling from Perth
Friday night - Arrive in Albany by car, bus or plane. Make your way to our recommended bicycle friendly self-contained accommodation.
Saturday - Bikes delivered to your door, checked for size and safety. Ride off into the beautiful day and take the Munda Biddi trail through the back blocks of Albany but take a detour to the beautiful beaches of Muttonbird Island and Cosy Corner. Lunch at the Cosy Corner cafe. Potter along the Munda Biddi trail or take the Torbay Hill challenge via Shelley beach to arrive at bicycle friendly accommodation at Lowlands Beach.
Sunday - take your time to visit Lowlands beach before enjoying the single track of the Mund Biddi Trail through he coastal hills. Boston brewery is a good spot for lunch if you are feeling like indulging. Ride in the afternoon light and enjoy the peace of the heritage trail along Wilson inlet. Take the 5.23pm bus back to Albany arriving at 6.05. Dine out at one of Albany's many fine restaurants and cycle in the moonlight back around the harbour to your bike friendly accommodation.
Monday - Take the numerous tracks and lanes out along the spectacular Torndirrup peninsula to Mistaken Island and Whalers cove. Ride the tracks over the peninsula to Discovery Bay for lunch. Potter through the national park and visit some of the coastal tourist spots on your return trip arriving back at Bikes for the Trail headquarters in time to drive or catch the evening bus or plane back home.
